Nabituluntu village, the CDO , Mr Hillary talks to the community memjust before he officially handed over the goats to the community members, he thanked Kibo on behalf of the government for the partnership they have put in place , he said the government has a plan to creat wealth in the community but sometimes the money is not available however when Kibo comes to partner they are always welcome .
