- Peruse revised Kibo M.O.U. for District approval.
- Visit Report
- Roy met the D.C.D.O. to go through the revised M.O.U. draft and he agreed to it. He went ahead and signed his part. Roy was then sent to the C.A.O.s office for the C.A.O. signature. The C.A.O. declined to sign saying Kibo must provide proof of renewal of the operating permit from the N.G.O. bureau in Kampala.
