Notes: Irene went to bupeni to teach about family planning in bupeni village, the meeting started with a word from the chairman urging members to continue following the government guidelines and always to help one in need. Then Irene was invited to continue with her lesson. She started with a review of the previous lesson then asked the members the meaning of family planning, the different types which included the natural and artificial methods the members giving examples of injectable, pills ,IUDS, and Irene added implant, condoms, diaphragm,with the other natural methods as moon bead, calendar and withdrawal. Irene then discussed the benefits of family planning to the mothers, and Joelia said mothers have time to have time to take care of themselves without babies disturbing, there is time for a mother to look young again Samuel said, and many more so Irene added that mothers can also plan on other projects, time to spend with friends and many others. After the meeting Irene told the members that it’s good for all the members to try out on the other methods other than injectable methods because some the methods like Jadelle, implant, and IUD take longer time.
