- To present the M.O.U. for government to sign.
- Visit Report
- Roy took the draft M.O.U. to the District for processing with an added urgency of submitting the certified copy to the N.G.O. bureau. Roy dropped off the draft copy of the M.O.U. in the assistant C.A.O.s office. The A.C.A.O. told Roy to return the following Monday when the D.C.D.O. would be in office to advise the C.A.O. about Kibo Group. He is a new officer at the station.
