Ida went Kasuleta to continue with the poultry lesson. She taught about the three types of feeds.
Chic and duck mash for chics from day one to week eight.
Growers mash for chics (roosters) from week nine to the end
Layers mash for chics (hens) from week nine to the end.
One member Kadulungu thanked Kibo for bringing development lessons always in their village. They have been trying to keep chickens but without any idea of how to prepare laying stations, marking and sorting eggs etc.
After the lesson Ida proceeded to Nsiinze sub county to meet the chief who wanted to talk to her.
The sub county chief Daniel Mugoya appreciated Kibo’s activities in the sub county. He promised to work with Kibo hand in hand if needed.
