- Purpose of Visit
- To discuss the revised Kibo Group M.O.U. to sign.
- Visit Report
- Roy met with the assistant C.A.O. to discuss the revised Kibo Group M.O.U. which Roy had submitted earlier. She had a good look at it and later told Roy that the new M.O.U. is different from the previous one in a few ways. She however said that since it was different even just slightly, it needed the approval and clearance of the District legal office. She told Roy to call wednesday the following week for further advice.

- 2020-11-04 - Purpose: Roy has to go back to the Bugiri District after he calls to find out if there was progress on the analysis of the M.O.U. and whether it was approved or there were any questions that arose and would need Roy to respond to. However it is a tentative trip. It will depend on the response of the District officials.
