Abraham met fifteen Kitukiro community members and the purpose was to discuss why their secretary resigned. The chairperson Mss Base told the meeting that they were discussing about how much each can save every month and the majority of the members decided that let each save two thousand shillings but the secretary told the meeting that it was little money and he said that each can save five thousand shillings. The whole group said that it much money according to their income. After that the secretary told the meeting as he is resigning from the post and the group decided to replace him with someone. The next meeting he did not appear in the meeting giving excuses that he was busy. Abraham thanked the members for agreeing to disagree because that is not that you do not love each other but bringing suggestions freely. He told them that all of their decisions are good but they need to pick one which most people are comfortable with. He asked the former secretary if that is what made him to resign and he said yes, he encouraged the group that it is not bad to resign from the post but what matters most is not even to attend meetings because you can resign but still remain a member in the group. He will give all documents to the new secretary so that they can finish registering the group. The former secretary agreed to be a part of the group even if he is not a secretary of the group, he promised to be in the next meeting. They have to go and meet with Bukaya CDO as they are trying to register the group at the sub county.
