- Notes
- David and Steven were in the village. And their intentions of going there was to continue encouraging everyone to work hard in order to meet the required sanitation standards. As well as encouraging the residents to stay in their home during the next village visit . So that the health assistant mr Busense will be in position to meet with them and talk with them when they were around in their homes. However out of the many homes they moved to they were able to see some sanitation progress. But because the issue of the on going rains which were off and on David and Steven were so much disrupted . They managed to move in quite fewer homes monitoring and evaluation the sanitation work progress. They were unable to get the real sanitation picture of the sanitation work progress that day . So David and Steven decided to go to the chairman’s home so that they would have more discussion towards how everyone in the village would be part of the sanitation campaigns. So mr Hasani Bogere the village chairman strongly requested the kibo staff to involve the government that is the health assistant. To take further actions for the stubborn and complicated members who had failed to get improved. David and Steven also they requested the sanitation committee to double on the number of times they used to move home to home a week. From two times to three times a week. Also David continued and suggested that the stubborn and complicated member should be brought in one of the village sanitation meeting. How know s they would be having genuine reasons as to why they dint have pit latrines in their homes. So for that reason David and Steven were planning to have a-sanitation improvements meeting on either one of the next coming field visits . After all that David and Steven they phone called mr Busense the health Assistant requesting him not to miss joining them during the next visit. Fortunately he accepted to loin them wherever they needed his assistance at the sub county . But one point which David loved from him was if possible David and Steven would frequent the village at least two times a week . That was for the purposes of the sanitation work efficiency .
