- Alex b and Chris went to nabituluntu village to continue with the discussion about the constitution of the group. Alex and Chris met with 22 people including 13 women and 9 men, the number of women has slightly gone high because the chairperson of the group encouraged the mobilizers to make sure everyone is given a chance to attend. The members through their chairperson thanked kibo for giving them a platform for reconciliation and strengthening the spirit of working together. At this stage , the community members get together to develop their constitution which is the guiding document for the future of the group. The intention of Alex and Chris was to guide the process but the group members must do the work and make the final decisions . Chris talked about why the community members need a constitution and said it allows the group to be registered by the government. Chris also said that the constitution defines the purpose of the group and what activities the group will engage in. Alex b talked about what the constitution should contain and said it should have a name of the group , vision, mission,group objectives as well as bylaws. Alex b and Chris will be going back on 16/11/2020 to continue with the discussion on constitution writing,the members shall give their opinions and ask questions.
