- To introduce the revised M.O.U. for consideration.
- Visit Report
- Roy took the new revised M.O.U. to Kaliro Dist. for perusal and possible adoption by the Dist. so that it could be signed. The Probation officer told Roy that the Dist. in their internal administration meetings decided that renewal of permits and M.O.U.s will only be considered when an organization has a valid N.G.O. certificate from the bureau. Roy was told to wait until the end of November 27 when the Kibo Group permit will be ready for collection and then use the photocopy to apply for the renewals in Kaliro Dist.
