- Alex b and Chris went to Budumba village to continue with the discussions concerning the writing of constitution, this is the most important stage of mvule community program because it determines the future of the community, the kind of activities of the community and the future projections of the community however, this is the point were kibo wants a total commitment from the community members that’s why the mvule staff makes a number of trips trying to engage every one in the community. Alex and Chris met with the 8 committee members who included 5 men and 3 women . The discussions were intended to give a chance to members give their views about what they want to be included in their constitution. Alex b and Chris also engaged the community members about the name of their group and their objectives which have to be included in writing their constitution. Chris advised the committee members to review their bylaws and see that all the core components are included to avoid any future conflict. Alex b encouraged the committee members to hold a meeting which should include all the members and discuss how they plan to be successful in writing and compiling their constitution before the next meeting. Alex b and Chris will make another trip on 27/11/2020 to continue with the discussions about the constitution and also make sure the members ask questions and be given a chance to give their opinions.
