- To finalise the process to get the M.O.U. signed.

- Roy called the probation officer Bugiri Dist. and he invited Roy to speak to the C.A.O. who had wanted to speak to Roy before signing the M.O.U. When Roy arrived there was a meeting at the Dist. in which all Dist. officials were called. The meeting lasted the whole day. Roy was able to see the C.A.O. at 3:30pm and he told Roy to call again the following week to find out the status of the document.

- 2020-11-27 - Purpose: Roy will go to the N.G.O. bureau in Kampala pick up the N.G.O. certificate. Roy will then present the certificate to another office in the bureau for further confirmation before the process is completed.
