- Roy met the police officers at Katwe police station from where the alledged traffic offenses commited by car no. UAU 717Z were recorded and the bills for the offenses originated. Later Roy was reffered to the billing head office in Natete. There a file for the complaint was opened and Roy was told to return the following day to finalise the issue with the officer in charge who was not available at the time.
