Abraham met seventeen Kitukiro community members and the purpose was to discuss how they will register their group at the sub county after the committee meeting with the CDO. They chairperson Mss Base thanked the members for coming to the meeting even if their friends had some problems which made them not to attend. She told the meeting that they met with Bugaya CDO and he told them to have one hundred thousand shillings in order to register the group. They are now making sure they have the money if possible they can register in December. She said that their saving scheme is doing well and many community members want to join them, they have registered eighty (80)(members and at first they registered sixty five (65) members. The treasurer was not around to give them the real amount they have in the general pool. Abraham thanked the members for meeting with the CDO and now it is good that they have good relationships with him and even if they call him he can respond. Now it is on their side to get one hundred thousand shillings so that they can register their group. Abraham moved to some member homes checking the trees and they are looking good and big. He encouraged them to start thinking of what they can do together as a group which benefits the all group as they finish registration. The next meeting they will be discussing about what else they can do besides the saving scheme which is doing well.

2020-12-04 - Purpose: To discuss what they can do as a community together which can bring them together.
