- Purpose of Visit
- To pick the Kibo Group N.G.O. permit.
- Visit Report
- Roy went to the N.G.O. bureau to pick up the renewed permit as per appointment issued to Roy by the N.G.O. bureau itself. However the permit was made with a serious error. It was signed renewed for only one year when Kibo Group applied and paid for a five year term. This has to be corrected immediately as there will be repurcussions when the permit is submitted in other offices. Roy pointed out the error to the officials who recognised it and invited Roy to return to the office the following work day which was Monday November 30 for the error to be corrected. Roy was only given photocopies of the erroneous copy to report with on monday.

- 2020-11-30 - Purpose: Roy was told to get back to the N.G.O. bureau to sort out the error that was made by the office by renewing Kibo Group permit for one year instead of the five years that Kibo had applied and paid for.
