- Roy waited a long time tomeet the D.C.D.O. who was busy in a presidential campaign program of giving cash to communities. Later Roy saw him but he had to look for the C.A.O. to give him the signed and renewed M.O.U. He gave Roy the signed M.O.U. at 3:00pm. A payment of 150k was made for the renewal of the M.O.U.
