- Roy went back to Kaliro for meeting with the L.C.V chairman to look into the reasons for the delay of the renewal of the M.O.U. Roy met the chairman but the C.A.O. was not at the station. The chairman assured Roy that he was going to ensure that the document is dealt with a.s.a.p. He made calls to the C.A.O. but the phone was unavailable. He called the D.C.D.O. in his office to discuss the issue and she was out of station. Roy waited till afternoon when the chairman said he too was having to leave the station for a political appointment.
