- Roy met with the Probation officer to discuss the schools to be identified for the Kibo life skills program. The Probation officer told Roy that we needed to work with the D.E.O. to identify the achools as that is now the agreed District Procedure. Roy then met with the District water officer to get the location and number of broken boreholes that require repair. The water officer asked Roy the level of repair work Kibo is planning to do whether it is major or minor and Roy said Kibo does minor repairs on a cost sharing basis.
