- Alex b and Chris went to budumba village to continue with discussions about constitution writing, it is at this stage when the group members have to agree on a number of issues including working together as a whole, Alex b and Chris have been meeting the group leaders who then organize a meeting with the rest of the community members informing them what transpired between mvule staff and the leaders. Friday’s meeting was to discuss what members had agreed on during the mid week meeting, the chairperson Mr Otim and the secretary mr Eddie who have been on the forefront of reaching members in their homes and sometimes calling for meetings told Alex b and Chris that the group members agreed to work together towards writing and compiling their constitution, Mr Otim said the members agreed to start saving some amount of money every time they meet, this he said will enable them get the money for registration. During the recently concluded elections, one of the members called mr Kirya James contested for district councilor and was successfully elected so the members are banking on him to make their registration very easy at the sub county, in response, mr kirya james promised to help with paper work and make sure he books for appointment for the group secretary or the chairperson in case the registration is ready however Alex b called upon the leaders to mobilize and promote unity and spirit of working together since it is the only the community members will be able 6o implement their constitution. Alex b and Chris will be going back to budumba to continue with lessons on constitution writing.
