Introduction Manuela went to bulyowa village to give the participants post test, and also to introduce a new topic and a lesson. Giving participants test is to assess their understanding on the particular lessons and topic taught, out of this the life skills teacher will decide on either to repeat or go on and introduce another topic but this all depends on the performance. Manuela told them that if they fail, they will have to repeat some the lessons. Overview Manuela reached the village a-beat late, she found when members are already seated since they new that they are going to do their test that will enable them to live migrate to another topic. While seated there, they were asking themselves questions, Manuela asked what you people doing they said that they were preparing them selves for the questions and how they can answer. Manuela gave them some time, after she called for their attention and told them that it’s time, Manuela used two participants to read the questions and Manuela would explain the questions to them as simple as possible. During this exercise, participants were so active in giving the answers and also explaining it to the fellow participants so that they can understand it well. Both women and men were so much involved in this exercise which was good for both parties to participate. But during this exercise, it was like a discussion because everyone was participating asking questions, answered and also denying some of the answers which were wrong. During this exercise, though some members were miss interpreting the questions and gave in wrong answers the rest of the participants would say no that is not how it should be, but Manuela told not to refuse the answer but should tell them thanks for trying then correct them. One woman wrote the answers in local language and one man too, Manuela looked at their answers and she told them that they have passed because they got 85% which is good. After that exercise Manuela introduced another topic and they were so happy that they have passed, Manuela asked them that what is Decision making? They were all quiet, Manuela tried to explain to them as simple as possible and one man said that it means planing for some time, another person said that deciding for some thing. Manuela explained to them that it means deciding between what is wrong and good for the betterment of good life in features. Due to time and it was coming to rain, Manuela stop and told them to search for different steps in making good decisions.
