Abraham and Alex B met nine Kazimbakujira community members and the purpose was to go through their drafted constitution but as soon as they reached the chairman LC1 told them that one of the community member lost a child and some members had gone for burial. He said that they met as a all group members on Saturday and they discussed about their drafted constitution. He said they discussed about the mission/ goals of the group basing on those in the constitution they using as a sample. He added that most things they thought about they had good things and challenges for example they thought about contributing money and they do piggery so that if the animals multiply they can get money and do something’s like repairing bore hole in case it breaks down which can help all members. They had a challenge where put it and how they will work so that they can share the labor because if they put in a home of one of the member other members relax not showing up to help, some members may start thinking they are working for that member where the animals are kept. Abraham and Alex B thanked them for their suggestions about meeting every tenth of each month because it solves the time and it gives them to know that this is all about them not Kibo. Kibo group is there to guide them not to tell them what to do and also it is great that all decided that they will be attending may be if one gets a serious problem like death. This will help them to be together because every member will be at the same page. Concerning the challenges on what they are hoping to do they encourage them to continue discussing because everything has advantages and disadvantages but they need to discuss and get what fits them in order to go forward.
