- Suzan went to the village to follow up on the maintenance of the program facilities such as the smearing of the houses, construction of the firewood storages and other facilities. When she arrived there, she went to the chairperson’s home and found him sitting with other group leaders. They welcomed her to the village and after exchanging greetings they briefly first discussed about the program activities going on so far and the chairperson informed Suzan how the members were smearing their houses and reconstructing their spoilt facilities. Suzan suggested they move around the village while monitoring the improvement of different facilities home to home. Together they got up and began walking while checking on the facilities. On their way, Suzan found some members smearing their houses and repairing other facilities which was so encouraging. Some homes had already well constructed facilities such as the latrines, shower areas, dish racks, firewood storages and tippy taps. Suzan encouraged the members to continue improving on their facilities so that they receive the fuel efficient stoves in their kitchens. She also requested the selected group leaders to always make follow ups on their fellow members and encourage them to continue improving on their facilities before they received new improved stoves. The members thanked Suzan for the visit and advice given and the meeting came to an end.

- 2021-05-14 - Purpose: Continue following up on the improvements of the facilities and smearing of the houses at the upper section of the village.
