Notes
Suzan went to the village to meet the local leaders and some of the program committee members so as to discuss how the program will resume it’s activities after the lockdown. On her way, Suzan noticed that some members from the village were heading to the healthy center and when she stopped and asked one of the members, he said there was a covid-19 urgent meeting going to take place at the hospital and almost all the village local leaders were asked to meet in small groups to keep, social distance. Suzan continued to the meeting place and found a few program leaders already gathered with two local leaders. Izungu Rose the the women chairperson welcomed Suzan and opened the meeting with a short prayer and after exchanging greetings, Suzan explained the importance of the visit that day which was to discuss about resuming the program activities after along period of time. She first asked them how far they had gone with the program activities during the lockdown and the Hausa one of the active male participants said they had stopped building stoves but most members had smeared their buildings and some facilities were repaired. The chairperson said they were all ready to resume work especially building stoves for the remaining members. Suzan requested the leaders to make sure they followed all the Covid-19 SOPs whenever they carried out any program activities as much as possible and that the activities will be carried out in small groups to promote social distance. The members also said they kept on listening to the current news over the radios concerning the corona virus which was impressive to hear. But due to the other meetings which was taking place at the healthy center, Suzan and the leaders agreed to meet in the coming week and first monitor the stove usage and maintenance of the program facilities.

Program Success
Yes, the most participants have improved on their facilities especially smearing their houses and are effectively cooking on their new Improved stoves.

Program Ownership
There’s unity and teamwork among the community members.

Most of the sanitation and hygiene facilities are well maintained especially the borehole and the hand washing jerrycans.
Program Expected Of Village
