Program
Healthy and Safe Kitchens
Notes
Harriet reached 12 participants who were interviewed and their findings were recorded. Majority of them were women and used their stoves on daily basis. Also some participants whose kitchens were destroyed by rain, reconstructed new kitchens and built stoves there. After evaluation she also met the program community leaders and encouraged them to divide them selves in groups of at least five people as they plan to scale out to the neighboring communities like Bufesa and Bulondo. They said that there is a high demand for stoves because most people have seen those with stoves how their lives have greatly changed. Harriet also reminded them to bare the standard operating procedures to avoid the spread of covid.
