- Alex walyomu and chris bulolo met the community leaders, top on the agenda was to review the constitution for everyone in the community to underdstand it. The chairperson mr kaisu requested Alex walyomu and chris to review just few articles since time would not allow them to review the whole constitution. Alex walyomu reviewed the objectives of community economic activities in the constitution, members were given time to ask questions and opinions, Alex walyomu also reviewed the mission and vision of the community in the constitution , he called upon the community leaders to uphold and respect the community constitution. Chris reviewed the membership in the constitution, membership involved admitting and exit of members, membership fees and dismissal of members from the group. Members were allowed to ask questions and gave their opinions. Chris and alex will visit next week to continue reviewing the constitution. They will be meeting the leaders only.

Budumba village, Alex walyomu guides the community leaders’ through the review of the community constitution . Alex thanked the community leaders for spearheading the writing of the constitution, he also thanked the members for giving in their views and encouraged them to uphold it.
The chairman of budumba village, Mr David encourages the committee leaders to endeavor to follow their constitution and respect it, he thanked Mvule staff for empowering his community members to believe in themselves to change the status quo of the community through writing their constitution.
