- Chris and the leaders of buyange village finalized the home to home tree inspection and later had engagements between chris and the community leaders to discuss about the observations of the home to home tree inspection. They observed that the musizi trees were drying due to poor soil texture and long drought that occured recently however, the community chairperson suggested to kibo to include drought resistant trees on the list of trees they give to communities. Chris also observed the growth of relationship between kibo and the community and encouraged the community leaders to maintain that relationship. Chris will continue engaging both the the community members and the leaders about constitution writing next week.

Chris (in blue shirt ) poses with the family of mrs madina during the home to home tree inspection, chris used this opportunity to know how mrs madina struggles to feed her family and advised her to use the available resources to enhance her household income.
Chris is joined by mutwalib and his brothers as he guides and teaches them how to take care of their mango tree seedling, mutwalib is one of the young members who are replacing the trees which were badly hit by the drought.
The chairperson of the community discusses aboutvthe observations from the home to home tree inspection, she encouraged members to look for tree seedlings and replace those which dried .
Chris( standing left) checks mr salumini, the buyange community treasurer’s trees. He planted more trees in addition to what kibo gave him.
Chris checks mr badiru’s tree which dried due to a long drought , chris observed that musizi trees are not drougt resistant and therefore requests for more tree species which can handle long drought spell.
