Keneth and Enock made a visit to kamudoke village to conduct hand washing triggering which later couldn’t be successful because two active VHTs lost their relative on our arrival in the village and one of these VHTs is builder whom we wanted him learn the idea of hand washing facility. During the meeting the local leaders and the rest of the community members decided to make home visits to guide and encourage other homes on the standard facility construction
They later scheduled this triggering session to be on a Monday 13th,September 2021 when members can attended
From the homes visited we guided on construction of drying racks to be outside under direct sunshine since most of them had them inside their houses
We also guided and taught the residents on the importance of having proper doors for privacy on their latrines and shower facilities since some members had temporary and short facilities as doors.
