Notes
It was a wonderful day for Manuela at kigalama primary school, after Manuela held counseling and guidance meeting with the boys and girls at kigalama primary school, they discussed a lot of things like personal hygiene, respect for their parents and among them selves and elders too, out of what she got from the pupils discussion, she decided to hold a meeting with the parents of theses children so that they discuss the findings out of the pupils’s discussion. During the discussion with the parents, they looked at the Value of education, parents responsibility towards their children more especially the girls ( providing scholastics materials) , and they also talked about parents getting some time to talk to their children as in encouraging them to study hard and become responsible people in future. After that Manuela gave parents to also air out their views about what was discussed by Manuela, most mothers were complaining that they would do best for their children but the problem is that most fathers have forgotten their responsibility as fathers in a home. Most fathers could not say anything because what women were complaining of is the reality of them, they apologized to their women and said they will try to work hand in hand with their women. Finally Manuela informed the community members that when holiday comes she will continue with Life Skills lessons.
