Notes
Tom visited kishaike and Mpumiro to supervise the construction of the borehole wall fence. In kishaike he appreciated the work the community members had done to construct the wall. He guided them on cutting and assembling the metallic frame for the borehole handle guide during pumping. From Kishaike he drove to Mpumiro were he supervised the construction of the foundation for the construction of the borehole wall fence. In Mpumiro they were able to dig the foundation and put in concrete for the borehole wall. Tom encouraged the committee members and the community members to continue with the construction once the concrete has hardened. He advised them on how to construct the wall.
