Anger Lesson 10: Keeping a handle on anger\r
Notes
Ida went to Naibowa and reviewed the lesson about Anger. She started by asking them who of them since her previous visit has not got angry.None of them raised a hand which means all of them got angry. Ida then asked them the following questions and they responded; 1. What causes Anger? Women, men, children, rumors, adultery thieves etc 2. How do you deal with Anger or control anger? Move away , keep quiet, control thoughts, read the Bible or sing Christian songs. 3. What do you do when angry? Beat, kick, cry, kill or commit suicide,Damage things etc 4. How do you prevent Anger? Stop listening to rumours ,love each other,Go for prayers and counselling places and learn people's behaviours. Ida concluded by giving them a memory verse from the book of James 3:2-12 and encouraged them to try very much to control their anger so as not to sin.
