Notes
Abraham met thirty Kivule community members and the chairperson Mr Christopher was not around he took her daughter in the hospital. Mr Ibula a community secretary chaired the meeting whereby he told the meeting to pray for the daughter of the chairman. They have been working on their kitchens where they will keep their goats He said that one of the member called Mr Masundi Moses got sick and he was taken to Jinja hospital and he did not make and died. They have been struggling what to do and asked Abraham for the advise about what they can do for the family. Abraham thanked the members and the leaders for making sure everyone has a good kitchen because the kitchen serves many purposes in the home like keeping goats and chickens because it is not healthy for someone to stay in the same house with animals. The kitchens keeps our saver stoves safe. He reminded them to be thinking about treating goats as they decided earlier that they will be doing it as a community together. He advised the community to put something in their constitution how they will be dealing with a member who has passed away. He told them that other communities when a member dies, the family members gets one member to replace him or her and they bring him or her to be introduced to the community meeting. He told them if they want they can take that idea or do whatever they think is good for the community. Mr Mingwa told the members to remain behind so that they can discuss about the issue how they are going do about their friend who left them. He even said that they may look at as a community to buy another goat to assist the family because he left many young children. The next meeting will be community receiving goats because they have completed Mvule community development lessons.
