Irene went to Naisamula to carry out a door to door evaluation on the general hygiene of the community, pregnant women and babies for immunization, breast feeding mothers, and children for malnutrition. Irene moved to several homes checked on a number of women with babies and during the visit she met Sylvia a 19year old and 5 months pregnant with a baby of 9months whom she counseled on proper sanitation, child spacing and family planning,dangers of early marriages. She also advised her on visiting the health facility for antenatal services and assessing the health of her baby. Irene thanked parents in several homes for taking care of their children and improving their hygiene. Irene also visited several homes advising the members according to the observations made.
