Notes
While in Kisimu village, Tom found when there was a covid immunization campaign taking place and many people were at the local heath center getting immunized. Most of the village leaders were also actively involved in the exercise of immunization by mobilizing people. Tom got one committee member and they moved around the village. They found 8 newly constructed hand washing stands and Tom was encouraged by the improvements. They were also constructed well. The committee member said the village residents are very interested in the stands and many of them feel its a great improvement and development in their village. Later it threatened to rain so Tom left for jinja.
