Tape went to Nawampiti village to follow up on stove building progress, smearing and construction of firewood storages.she reached in the village and requested the chairperson of the healthy and safe kitchens program Waiswa to walk with her through the home that were lagging behind to see whether they had improved their program home facilities.During the home to home follow up visit ,Tape found out that the three homes that had poor kitchen that were leaking were properly roofed, well smeared and the community had built for them stoves too. Also homes that were not smeared were well smeared and decorated with words appreciating improved healthy standards that kibo helped them to achieve. All the dry stoves were being used on daily basis. Also she found one participants Catherine smearing her stove and she told her that for her she decided to smear her stove every week because she wants it to last longer. Kibo staff requested her to follow up with other participants and to encourage others also to smear their stoves on weekly basis. After follow up,Kibo staff Tape had a short meeting with the program leaders to discuss and agree the date for the commissioning of stoves. They all agreed the activity to take place on wednensday 10th November 2021. 
Next Visit
2021-11-10 - Purpose: To take incentives to the active participants of the healthy and safe kitchens programs , they will tag a long with the Community Development Officer to monitor kibo activities and encourage the communitybto sustain them.
Program Success
Most partocipants have started cooking on their stoves on daily basis this was evidence by finding food cooking by itself.
