Notes: The sub county officials and the Kibo group staff had to put a condition that the group that was trying to slow down Kibos work come out physically and apologize/ reconcile with the rest of the community members. This group of young men calling themselves B 13 had proved to be a very big huddle in Kibos work and had started to convince other people in the community not to contribute towards the borehole repairs. The sub county chief was left with this task making sure that those people come out in open and apologise and assure everyone that they will never block anything for their community. The sub county did this and this group was dealt with and some narrowly escaped prison. Alex met with the sub county officials first to discuss on a way forward to get everyone back on board. They decided that it would be good having another community meeting soon. A meeting will be scheduled very soon and have all the community members discuss on a way forward. It was just a small group of people trying to mislead the community and more so in Nawampiti 1 borehole but the upper section, Nawampiti 2 was responding very positively.
