Abraham and Ale B met Kazimbakujira community members to discuss about selection of economic community committee which will oversee the operation of the project. They found some few members at the meeting point who told them them the mother of one of the community leader called Ebera was sick. They decided to go and see her before the meeting start and for their surprise they found her when she is seriously sick. They talked to Mr Ebera if his mother can be taken to hospital and he agreed. They took her to Bugiri hospital which is not far from the village and she was admitted, they went back to the meeting point where they found some few members. The community chairperson Mr Luke Sharpply told the few members who turned up that they have already bought a tent. They have been contributing money to buy a tent which they think it will help them in bad times like funerals but also in good times like weddings. The tent is for one hundred chairs. They hope also to hire the tent for the none members in order to get money which will make the community to continue doing other things.it is one of the project they hope to be earning money for community. Mr Luke added that they can discuss but selecting the community economic project committee will be another day because of the turn up. Abraham and Alex B thanked the members for the hard work they have done to buy a community tent. This achievement means a lot to community and that shows how serious there are about improving of their community. They asked about the chairs and Mr Luke said they started buying some chairs and they want to buy one hundred chairs. He said that they have thirty chairs already and what they have decided is to ask each member to buy one chair. They hope that they will have more chair because they are more than two hundred members. Abraham and Alex B encouraged them to be thinking about those people who will be trusted to keep the tent, chairs and keep records of money the time they will be renting them. They decided that they are going to mobilize the members and on 10/01/2022 they will meet all the members to select the committee.

2022-01-21 - Purpose: To meet with the leaders to discuss about the community's direction on opening a bank account , plan to move to homes of community members to mobilize for the next lesson
