Notes
Abraham met forty five Kishaike community members and they discussed about making by laws which will govern their group. This came up in the last meeting when some members were complaining about those who do not attend their meeting yet they are members. Today they made some by law like,
If one defaults coming to the meeting for a month he or she will pay a fine of five thousand shillings.
They decided that the meeting will be starting from 2pm to 3pm and any member who will come late will pay a fine of five hundred shillings.
If any member looses a tree by negligence he/she will buy that tree and plant it in that same place.
A member brought an idea that if the whole family wife and husband are members and one tells the other to represent him or her will that be okay, they are still thinking about that.
They contributed seventy eight thousand shillings for buying books where they will be keeping their minutes, printing, photocopying etc.
In the next meeting they will be discussing about making a constitution for the group.r
