Notes
Alex together with the community discussed how to plant trees .The members said that to plant trees, the following need to be considered; The space from one another is measured and the holes also are measured and should be uniform. They also said space from each other depends on how big and tall the trees grow. They added that, trees are not scattered anyhow but are planned. They agreed that some trees like fruit trees should not not be planted too close to the pit latrine. The trees that grow big and tall like mvule trees, should not be planted to close to houses as the roots may destroy the foundation. Alex also added that when the trees are given enough space, they always get enough sunlight that help the stem to grow big, tall and strong. He continued and said in these spaces, one can do some planting of some food staff .He added that the trees also need to be watered. They agreed that when one is to plant trees, money is needed to buy the seedling and also the out come should be considered as one can benefit alot from the trees when mature. r
