The village was surprised to see that water surveying was taking place in their community since no one expected it to happen soon because at one time the government promised to give a borehole to Buluvu but it took more than 2 years before a borehole was surveyed and drilled. Alex first briefed the community about how they have to behave during this process, he told them to let the surveyor do his job because Kibo group trusts the work they do. Also he reminded them to equally accept the result that the surveyor will come up with and also pray that a good water point is got in the community. A good water point was also got in the community and at the preferred community location with in the middle of the village. This point was accepted by all the community members and also the land owner, Osule Charles was happy and willing to donate part of his land to the community for a borehole drilling. The surveyor sited 5 points and he selected site no.1 to be the best compared to others.
This water point is expected to have a depth of 55M, a rock is expected to be at a depth of 33M and the water is also expected to be hit from 15M to 45M. The community was thankful to Kibo group for the borehole in the community that will help the people in the lower part of the community who currently get water from a swamp nearby.
