They will be having a borehole general meeting aimed at how they can add on money on the borehole account . The account has got 180000 Shillings. 
Ws Notes
David and Steven were in the village together with the H pm from the district to repair what was causing funny noise out of the borehole. The H p m ,David and Steven opened up the borehole ,they-discovered that what was causing the above noise which was reported to the Kibo office were the ballbearings ,and the rubber seals which were worn out. After fixing and replacing back the above new spare parts ,the problem was solved and the borehole started working more efficiently. In addition to that, David and Steven went for a meeting ,during the course of the meeting these were the points which were discussed about. David and Steven started by asking what were the challenges faced by the water user committee members . They said that they didn’t have any challenges apart from getting every community members attending every end of month borehole village meetings always. David and Steven kept on encouraging every member to start attending all meetings. David,Steven and the water user committee members concluded by saying that ,they will be having at every end of month meetings always and every woman will be paying 500 and every man will be paying 1000 shillings towards the borehole account. They said presently they had 180000 shillings as their account balance , because of the recent repair which caused them to use some money out of their borehole account. The community concluded by saying that they will be having the first borehole meeting on 25/7/2018 in order to pave ways, on how they will contribute and fund back the money they had used for the recent borehole repairs .In general the Kibo staff on the side of sanitation and hygiene assessment they found out that the entire village had maintained the required hygiene standards.
