- Because of Kibo's efforts towards encouraging the community of kagulu every home now is having a pit latrine either under construction or finished ones. Therefore because of the unity in the village brought by Kibo staff members after the contribution they decided to transform the borehole contributions into a loaning scheme .

- The majority of the community members move along distance in order accessing clean water and others just fetch water from dirty ponds and swamps.hence water is the crucial need in the community of kagulu nabigalata.

- Some members are busy in their gardens harvesting pea nuts hence have less time for village progressive assessment. they turned their borehole account into a loaning scheme.

- Kagulu nabigalata community is a community over about 400people and above them all, the critical problem in the above mentioned village is water because the nearest water source is about four and a half kilometers from the homes of the people. This leads other people who don't have bicycles to fetch water from the nearby swamps and pools.However because of the great need of water in Kagulu nabigalata,and Kibo's efforts all the community members have all the necessary home hygiene facilities in place and those that had old facilities were in the process of Rehabilitating and getting them improved . The water committee treasury were having 150000 shillings ,they told Kibo staff that they were still contributing they hope after harvesting every member will be in position completing his or her contributions.Generally Kagulu nabigalata village on the side of hygiene and sanitation are working progressively because a great number of people have improved on their latrines,rubbish pits,dish racks,hand wash facilities,and the smearing of their houses and kitchens.
