- When Alex B arrived to the village,he found some leaders of Maliga upper waiting for him at the usual meeting place. The rest of some members started coming one by one for the meeting. They had prayer together,that was led by David one of the members. They discussed about the need to have bylaws for there group.This was because members were not all keeping time for the meetings as well as attending them normally.They decided to begin with the beginning time for the meetings. These suggestions were made by members that should begin from 12:00 Noon,12:30pm,1:000pm,and 1:30pm.but were not talking when to end the meeting.The moslems also we’re concerned with there prayers on Friday as their Juma. They said that prayer begins at 12:30pm.The members agreed there meetings to begin at 1:00pm for some time for the good of their community. The members did not talk when the meeting end but simply said,to end the meeting will determined by what they will be discussing. The members also discussed on the absenteeism from meetings.They suggested that if one doesn’t attend meeting,should not be considered as a member,benefit from the group participate in any activity of the group.The members were still talking about their bylaws and wind started blowing as a sign of rain They raised concern as they had spread maize and rice in sunshine for drying. They were to go back home and remove there stuff from being destroyed by rain.This was already past three o’clock.We agreed to continue with the idea of bylaws in the next meeting.Alex B wished them a good weekend and left for Jinja.
