- Ida went to Bupeni and met with the local council chairman. She told him the community will benefit. Ida asked the chairperson to mobilize his community and that's when she will introduce to the community what to expect or what they will be learning in a period of time.
The chairman was up and down because he was requesting for votes from the community. He promised to call Ida when the elections are done.
