Notes
Harriet had planned to meet the community and teach them the goals and objectives of the Healthy and Safe kitchen program. Unfortunately there was a funeral in the village of one of the community elder that every one in the village feels connected too. All the people were going to the funeral to console the family as well as prepare food for the mourners. Harriet could not teach the community when they are mourning. Instead she also joined the family that had lost the dear one , encouraged them and told them that God gives and Takes a way. She also prayed with them and encouraged them to stay faithful to the Lord even in sorrow moments. She also helped to peal food for the mourners and sang songs of comfort with the community. The community and the family was very happy and thanked Kibo for being part of their community not only in good times but also in sorrow moments.
