- Notes
- Jeska and Tape found when the members had already gathered at the meeting place. They divided them into two groups whereby Jeska joined one group and Tape joined another group.
Each group had 5 men and 14 women. Kibo staff asked each group to remove banana stems as they guide them.Tape’s group was perfect because they left the men to practically do the work and also men are quick learners.
Jeska ‘s group failed because this time the men asked the women also to try as they also watch. This gave Kibo staff an opportunity to encourage women also to actively participate to master a skill because this program directly benefit them.
Also Kibo staffs corrected their mistakes and encouraged them to keep participating because practice makes perfect.
The community promised to keep active until they master the whole process.
