The committee members have been moving home to home twice encouraging that is why some of the stubborn members have started improving. 
Ws Notes
David and Steven were in the village to follow up on the homes which were not having toilets. When they reached the village they first reported to the home of phider and the chairman of the village. They did so because they wanted to let them know that they were present with in the village.Also to discuss with phider and the village chairman about their target for that day. After that they started their home to home movements . The first home they visited to was for Tumwine Ben the stubbornest and complicated member.For him his young brother had finished the digging of a 11 feet latrine.His younger brother told the Kibo staff that he dug the latrine because he wanted to help his mother but not his elder brother. The Kibo staff advised him to construct a wall around his latrine.From Ben Tumwine,s home ,David and Steven they went to Dakisa Fred,s home.For him he had improved on the rest of the other facilities except that he was missing the dish rack.For that reason he told David and Steven that he in two days he will have finished constructing his dish rack. The third home David and Steven visited to was for maaka Alumansi . They found when he had finished the construction of his new pit latrine and shower area. They encouraged his wife to improve on their kitchen by smearing it. When they reached mr walubi Richard,s home they found when he had improved on his old latrine by constructing a half way of his latrine wall. The forth home they also reached to was for mr Hilaari . They found when he had constructed a well standardized latrine.It was constructed out of good construction material. The Kibo staff were so much impressed by him and even advised him to educate his neighbors.Because of too much encouragement s and advises in the different homes ,the time caught David and Steven therefore they had to stop from there with their home to home movements. Then later afterwards David and Steven headed to the treasurer,s home because they wanted to know the stand of the borehole account. she told David and Steven that they had collected 220000 shillings. The treasurer of the borehole said that they will continue moving in order to get the money from those that will have not yet paid ..In general according to the Kibo’s asses ,there was great improvements than before. Therefore the Kibo staff went back to organize a village sanitation improvements meeting involving both the Nsinze sub county healthy officials.In order to bring everyone up to speed and on board.

2018-09-17 - Purpose: It is to have a water and sanitation improvement meeting together with the sub county officials in order to emphasize more about good sanitation improvements.
