- Alex B found already members seated waiting for him at the usual meeting place.They had prayer together that was led by Alice vice chairperson. Alice welcomed the members for the meeting.She thanked them for caring for the trees they planted that kibo group gave them.They reported about the trees was that they are good since there is rain. Alex B told the members that it is important for them to write a constitution. The constitution will talk more about their group and how they will work together. The constitution will help them to be recognized officially by local leaders and government offices.It will also help them in time of opening bank account for the group.It can be used when they want to access loan from the bank,government offices.He also told them the constitution will help them as well as guide them. The members welcomed the idea but asked how they can write it since they do not have an idea about it and who is to write for them? Alex B reminded them that each family has its own rules and regulations ( constitution) that guides them as a family so the group needs a document like that. He asked members in the next meeting to choose a way how they will draft that document.They were asked to begin thinking what they need to be in that document which will finally be their constitution.The members are expected to participate fully how and when to begin writing it.
