- Alex B and the members discussed about the assignment threat was given to the community about their draft constitution. The secretary of the group read out what was done by the committee concerning the document as a draft for the constitution. They came up with two names for the members to select one.These were ( Balibonera Kweife and Mwino Akuwa).They also wrote down some of the activities they want to do like the growing food and cash crops. The raring of animals like goat and poultry. The fishing pond was also included in the document.They also want to have saving scheme as one of the activities. Alex B thanked the committee for work that was done about the draft constitution. He told them that such work should be typed and that as members they need to raise money for typing.He mentioned to the committee like the History of their group,Mission and core values. He told them to be more objective as they put it down. He also helped them by giving more guidance how to draft it like format . He asked the write one and typed so that in the next meeting,Alex and the members will debate about it before it will be taken to the CDO for more help and correction. The chairperson of the group Mr.Saul Mutooto thanked Alex B for guidance and the format about the draft . He promised the members that by the next meeting,the committee will be ready with the draft .He asked them for their support like the money for typing.The meeting was adjourned and since it was past three o’clock,Alex left for Jinja.
