- Alex B passed by Nsize sub county and picked Lydia the CDO and Naigaga Jenifer. They were welcomed by the vice chairperson of the group Mr.George Isiko. They checked up with the members to see how their trees were doing.The trees were good and healthy. Lydia thanked them for caring them but cautioned them during dry season not to allow the animals to eat them.She told them as they will only benefit out of them,when they protect them from being destroyed.She also told as she will be going there to see how trees will be doing and give them more advise how to secure their trees. The season when is not for rain,she asked to be watering them as they observe for any infection on their trees to be reported for advise. After checking up with the trees,they proceeded to the meeting place where they found most of the members waiting for them.The meeting began with prayer that was led by one of the group members.Alex B told the members that the CDO for their sub county was going to talk to them a bout government programs. The Lydia told the members as it is important to have a constitution for their group if they were to benefit from government programs.she also told them to have visitors book where they sign in when they visit their group.She also asked to keep minutes of every seating,attendee and what they have discussed.The government mostly help people who work in a group since it is easy to monitor them,she explained.One of the members asked her how they can find her? She gave them her contacts address the telephone number. The members thanked Lydia for visiting them and promised to go to her office for more advise about their group. The knowledge and wisdom will help them to develop as individuals and their group.
