Ws Notes
David and Steven went to bulyowa to continue encouraging the committee members upon doubling their efforts towards improving and changing on the status of their home facilities. They moved in about thirty homes in order to know if there were any improvements, however there was less improvement which caused David and Steven to call for an urgent committee members meeting to continuing figuring out possible ways which would let the entire community members to work and improve on their hygiene status. The committee members aired out the following factors that were causing the community members not to work;they said as a committee they were not cooperating appropriately on how and when they were supposed to be moving ,Secondly they said some members who don't want to attend meetings have been pretending to not know anything about the sanitation practices and the contributions for the borehole.Another point they talked about was that most of the members have been in the gardens harvesting, hence less time for the improvements of their hygiene and sanitation.Towards the middle of the meeting Kibo staff asked the treasurer of the borehole how much they had contributed he was able to show them 47500 shillings so far as their borehole contribution. David and Steven advised and encouraged the committee members to start moving home to home twice a week. They also advised the treasurer to always wait for those who don't want to contribute on one of the boreholes that they should pay before getting water
Generally all the homes are having latrines and the only challenge in bulyowa is that the sanitation facilities need to be improved on because they were looking old .
